As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Charles K. Narang has more than 30 years of experience in the management of corporate finances and the analysis of large financial and information management systems for the Federal Government and Fortune 100 clients. Under Mr. Narang's direction, NCI has grown from one office to more than 60 worksites worldwide and has won numerous awards and recognitions for its quality work and dedicated client service.

Mr. Narang possesses expertise in the development and implementation of large programs, corporate budgets, and operational and strategic plans for large corporations. He has designed automated financial and management systems and successfully created and executed strategic plans. Mr. Narang holds a BA in Civil Engineering from India, an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with certification in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
