We are committed to delivering a comprehensive program that provides a number of benefit choices, allowing employees to elect coverage based on their individual needs and budget. We are pleased to offer the following:

Insurance

  • Medical
    NCI offers several medical plan options to meet the personal health needs and budgets of our full-time employees and their families. All plans provide our employees and their eligible dependents with major medical and prescription drug coverage.
  • Dental
    The dental PPO plan provides in- and out-of-network coverage options to help ensure our full-time employees and their eligible dependents are able to follow a regularly scheduled program of dental care with providers of their choice.
  • Vision
    Our vision maintenance plan offers a cost-savings option for our full-time employees and their families in need of comprehensive annual eye exams, prescription glasses, and contact lenses. Laser vision correction discounts are also available.
  • Disability Insurance
    Short-term and long-term disability benefits are offered to protect employees’ income in the event of a short or prolonged absence from work.
  • Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
    NCI provides company-paid basic life/AD&D insurance coverage. For coverage above the company-provided limits, employees may purchase supplemental insurance coverage for themselves and their eligible family members.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

NCI offers healthcare and dependent daycare flexible spending accounts. These options allow employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for qualifying out-of-pocket expenses, effectively reducing employee tax liability and the cost for qualifying expenses. NCI also offers commuter reimbursement accounts, which allow employees to receive reimbursement for qualified work-related commuting expenses, such as transportation and parking expenses, on a pre-tax basis.

Comprehensive Leave

As an eligible employee, you receive Paid Time Off (PTO) based upon your years of service. Other approved leave includes bereavement leave, military leave, and jury duty. NCI observes 8 paid holidays per year, including New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Retirement

Full-time and regular part-time employees are eligible to participate in the NCI 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan, which offers a company-matching contribution. The NCI plan allows employees to elect contributions via pre-tax, post-tax, and catch-up options and offers a broad selection of pre-determined investment options, including a self-directed brokerage option.
