NCI’s team of technical experts provides a wide array of infrastructure operations, end-user support, security, and network and systems management to OIG. Working in close partnership with the OIG’s Information Systems Division, we are at the forefront of key mission-oriented initiatives, including information assurance, technology refresh, wireless infrastructure migration, server facility relocation and modernization, and the Case Management Information System (CMIS).

NCI’s dedicated professionals have achieved significant successes, including an enterprise-level, technical refresh at 14 locations nationwide complete with new encryption and backup capabilities, as well as end-user training. We flawlessly executed the relocation of the entire central server facility (150+ servers) to an alternate site with absolutely no downtime, ensuring cost-effective, mission-oriented support to operations. NCI is actively engaged in the architecture, development environment, and prototyping of the CMIS—the lead application in the OIG Solution Set.
