President and Chief Operating Officer
Terry W. Glasgow, President and Chief Operating Officer, brings to NCI more than 25 years of senior-level
executive experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning, as well as
extensive operational expertise in defense and information technology. He is responsible for day-to-day
operations and the execution of NCI's growth strategy, including acquisitions and organic new business.
Before joining NCI in January 2004, Mr. Glasgow was the Vice President and General Manager of Computer Science
Corporation's (CSC's) Army Programs, a $500-million business unit. In that position, he was responsible for all
aspects of the business unit, including full P&L responsibility and new business development and capture. While
at CSC, he also led several large acquisitions, including the successful acquisition and subsequent integration
of Nichols Research Corporation.
Before working for CSC, Mr. Glasgow held a similar position at Loral Corporation. He began his career working
for Ford Motor Company in the Ford Aerospace subsidiary and rose to the position of Controller for several company
divisions. Mr. Glasgow holds both an MBA and a B.S. degree in Finance (magna cum laude) from the University of Utah.
Mr. Glasgow has successfully led the pursuit and capture of extremely large new business opportunities ranging from
$100 million to programs with a value in excess of $20 billion. Mr. Glasgow has chaired several joint ventures and
has been a speaker and panelist at agency and industry associations and events.
