The Challenge
To assist Cruise Missile Product Group (CMPG) Program Management personnel in the development of equipment lists and the determination of government asset availability through interrogation of the applicable Legacy Information Systems. We provide program management and technical support for all elements of the CMPG’s Air Launched Cruise Missile (ALCM), Conventional Air Launched Cruise Missile (CALCM), Advanced Cruise Missile (ACM), and Harpoon Missile.

The Solution
We serve as the principal point of contact for the provisioning, tracking, shipping, and replacement of all Government furnished parts and equipment for each of the missile systems managed by the CMPG ensuring their mission schedules are maintained without delay. Our "Missile Team" members are experienced and provide program management and technical support working as a team to accomplish all work efforts required by the ALCM, CALCM, ACM, and Bomber Weapon Integration Equipment (BWIE) programs.

The Results
We have consistently played a key role in ensuring the deficiency reporting (DR) system is functional. We manage the sourcing of the necessary test equipment so that the Functional Ground Test (FGT) program can be performed without seriously degrading the test equipment support necessary to other CMSS programs. Clear evidence of our outstanding performance is apparent in the fact that this contract has been renewed for eight consecutive years.
