dLETP Contract
We are a provider of distance learning solutions to the Army
 The Distributed Learning Education and Training Products (dLETP) contract is a multi-year contract vehicle for the United States Army, a major component of its continuous effort to maintain high-quality training for all of its troops. The Army's Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) has spearheaded the initiative to keep our Nation's forces trained with up-to-date information and processes, turning all of our troops into adaptive leaders ready to take decisive action in any situation.
We formed the dLETP team from 34 leading edge partners, all top performers in their respective field, to support the contract. Our team consists of strategic partners, product providers and product developers that will support the Army's education and training needs. The team comprises a proactive collaboration and management approach, corporate resources and reach-back capabilities, and the commitment of senior executives to achieve and sustain excellent performance on dLETP delivery orders.
Our team has the depth and experience to fulfill the Army's requirements for Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) wherever the mission requires the Army to defend and uphold our nation's freedom. The team includes CACI, SRA, and IBM positioned as Tier I Partners due to their presence and success with Army Distributed Learning Initiatives, as well as their industry-leading distance learning and information technology best practices. We have added a cadre of Tier II Partners with specific DL skills and technologies that address unique but equally important dimensions of the Army's training programs.
As a total training solution, our team will optimize on-the-ground needs of today's Army, while supporting the Army Training Support Center (ATSC) as a center of excellence for training support.
dLETP Scope
The scope of the dLETP contract includes;
- Delivery of education-training products for HQ, Training and Doctrine Command, U.S. Army
- Configuration and customizing of courseware authoring systems
- Development of software applications and Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) courseware
- Redesign of existing courseware to Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) standards
- Analysis of training effectiveness, training management, and training distribution
- Planning, directing, and conducting the design of collective and individual education/training
- Development of unit, individual, and self-development training strategies
The dLETP team of training experts offers a unique, collaborative IMI development approach with a new communications capability to engage and align all stakeholders. The team will support the Army's move toward more interactive, scenario-based training, laying the groundwork for a training vision that meets the needs of a highly mobile Army any time, anywhere.
