Alliant 2

GSA’s Alliant 2 GWAC is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) offering comprehensive and flexible IT solutions worldwide. Alliant 2 provides best-value information technology (IT) solutions to federal agencies while strengthening opportunities in federal contracting for small businesses. The Alliant 2 Contract has an ambitious goal of 50% of all subcontracted dollars performed by small businesses over the life of the contract. The scope of Alliant 2 is aligned with Federal Enterprise Architecture, which encompasses all components of an integrated IT solution including new technologies that may emerge during the lifecycle of the contract. This GWAC will provide IT solutions through performance of a broad range of services, which may include the integration of various technologies critical to the services being acquired.

CIO-SP3

The Chief Information Officer—Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) is a premier IT services contract that includes a broad array of services, including cloud computing, cyber defense and health IT solutions. Sponsored by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC), the contract is open to all military services, DoD agencies, and other federal agencies. CIO-SP3 has a ceiling of $20 billion with a period of performance expiring in 2022.

DESP III

The U.S. Air Force’s Design and Engineering Support Program III (DESP III) contract offers the Air Force community, the Army’s Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, the entire DoD and other government agencies rapid high-quality engineering and technical services support. DHS EAGLE II

DHS Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) II is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a wide array of functional areas. The contract, divided into three functional categories, is available for multiple agencies but is primarily utilized by the Department of Homeland Security. NCI is a prime holder under Functional Category 1, which includes system design, development, implementation and integration; software design and development; and operations and maintenance. The total ceiling value for this contract is $22 billion with a five-year period of performance.

DOJ ITSS-4

The General Services Administration’s (GSA) premier IT services contract, Alliant, includes a broad array of infrastructure, application and IT management services. The contract provides integrated services and solutions with the ability to support regional and global IT requirements. This MAC/IDIQ is open for use by all federal departments and agencies. The total ceiling value for the contract is $50 billion with a period of performance expiring in 2019.

With the Professional Services Schedule (PSS), GSA has consolidated its legacy professional services multiple-award schedules, including three previously held by NCI: Professional Engineering Services (PES), Logistics Worldwide (LOGWORLD) and Mission-Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS). ITES-3S

The U.S. Army Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – 3 Services (ITES-3S) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract is the third iteration of a hugely successful series of contracts that provide a primary procurement methodology to satisfy requirements for IT services and solutions to not only the U.S. Army, but to all of the military services, DoD agencies, intelligence community, and federal civilian organizations. The U.S. Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS), in coordination with the Army Contracting Command, Rock Island (ACC-RI), provide overall program and contract management oversight to support the Army enterprise infrastructure and infostructure goals with information technology (IT) services worldwide (CONUS, OCONUS, and warzone areas).

The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) is a multiple-award, performance-based indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. TEIS III
