Charitable Drive for Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee and the Mid-Ohio Foodbank

Description: The Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee was established in 1978 “to provide a central distribution center for companies, groups and individuals who wished to help provide food for hungry people in Middle Tennessee.” Similarly, the Mid-Ohio Foodbank, founded in 1980, works with grocers, farmers, food companies, and community partners to obtain and distribute food to more than 550 food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, after-school programs, and senior housing sites across central and eastern Ohio. NCI employees from our Tennessee office collected nearly 6,500 items for these two organizations, providing 3,000 meals for individuals in need.
