Brad Mascho serves as NCI’s chief marketing and communications officer, responsible for driving the company’s image as an AI thought leader. Brad brings more than 20 years of experience leading marketing, sales, and operational teams. A seasoned entrepreneur, Brad has made his purpose to fix what is broken and build what does not exist.
Brad was the first chief AI officer in the industry when he joined in 2018 to help establish NCI as the destination for AI in the public sector. Since that time, NCI has won more than $1 billion of AI-enabled work and fully embraced AI across the business. Before joining NCI, Brad co-founded CrossChx, Inc., the industry leader in building meaningful AI that empowers and scales humans. Under his direction as president, CrossChx built a nationwide customer base while becoming a Best Place to Work in Columbus, Ohio, for three consecutive years. Brad also spent a decade advising members of Congress and was an executive at a leading insurance association.
Brad has been named a 40 Under 40 Awardee by AFCEA International, a Top Exec to Watch, and received the AI Excellence Award from the Business Intelligence Group. He has presented at forums and conferences across the nation on topics including AI, leadership, and entrepreneurship. He is an active committee member of AFCEA International, Executive Mosaic, and WashingtonExec as well as charitable organizations such as the Miami University Libraries. Brad holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
